When will I receive my order?
For Home Centre furniture, you’ll be able to schedule the delivery time and date that suits you. At checkout, you can either opt for our super-fast 2-day Express delivery at an additional cost of SAR 250, or our regular scheduled delivery.
If you've ordered household products, here's how it works. Order before 12:00 PM and receive your products within 2 business days in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Orders placed before 12:00 PM to other areas will be delivered in 4 business days.
For your other products, delivery details will be displayed on your checkout page.

What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
For Home Centre furniture, if you are not at home, our Customer Service team will call you to reschedule a convenient delivery date and time.
For non-furniture orders, our delivery partner will call you to reschedule your delivery.
If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts.
If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it’ll be returned to us. Call us on 800-123-HOME (800-1234663) within two working days of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

Will I be charged for delivery?
Delivery is free on household orders above SAR 250. If your total order value is less than SAR 250, you will be charged SAR 18 for delivery.
Delivery is free on Furniture orders above SAR 999. If your total order value is less than SAR 999 , you will be charged SAR 149 for delivery.
If you opt for Express delivery of your Home Centre furniture, shipping charges will be SAR 250.
There will be an additional service charge of SAR 18 on all Cash on Delivery orders.
Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
