If you've paid by Credit or Debit Card, here's how long it will take:
- 2-5 business days to receive your returned products.
- 2 business days to perform a quality check and issue the refund.
Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 7-14 business days to process the transaction.
Paid with a MADA Debit Card? Your refund timeline will depend on when we receive the return in our warehouse and complete the quality check. If the refund is initiated 30 days after your order was placed, or the refund is requested more than 30 days after the order date, the MADA system may not be able to process an automatic refund to your bank account. In such cases, the refund amount will be credited to your Shukran Pay Wallet instead. By accepting our Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase, you agree to this alternative refund method where applicable.
For refunds processed within the MADA-supported timeframe, we will manually process your refund, and it may take 14–28 days from the date the refund is initiated for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
